Renewal Process

At IAA – Vic, we strive to make the membership renewal process as convenient as possible for our valued members. We have implemented an automatic renewal system to ensure a seamless continuation of your membership benefits. Here’s how it works:

  1. Credit Card on File: When you initially sign up as a member, we securely store your credit card information on file.

  2. Multiple Notifications: As your membership renewal date approaches, we will send you multiple notifications to remind you about the upcoming renewal. These notifications will be sent via email and may include additional reminders closer to the renewal date.

  3. Automatic Renewal: On the designated renewal date, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the membership renewal fee. This ensures uninterrupted access to all the benefits and privileges associated with your IAA – Vic membership.

  4. Membership Confirmation: Once the renewal payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the successful renewal of your membership. This email will also provide details about the new membership period and any relevant updates or changes.
